Processing Times
• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
• During high-volume periods (sales, holidays), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
United States
• Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) – Rates calculated at checkout
• Express Shipping (1–3 business days) – Rates calculated at checkout
International Shipping
• We ship worldwide.
• International shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
• Your order may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Order Tracking
• Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
• Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.
Incorrect Shipping Information
• Please double-check your address at checkout.
• Haya Essence is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
• If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hayaaessence@gmail.com. We will do our best to update it before your order ships.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
• Once a package is handed over to the carrier, it is the carrier’s responsibility.
• If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please:
1. Contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number, and
2. Email us at hayaaessence@gmail.com so we can assist with documentation or a claim.
Shipping Restrictions
• Due to regulations for fragrances and oils, some regions may have shipping limitations. If your location cannot be served, you will be notified at checkout or contacted directly.
Order Changes & Cancellations
• Orders can be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
• After this window, we cannot guarantee modifications as your order may already be in processing.
